The user must not enter unnecessary sensitive information, medical information, government identifiers, payment card numbers, or confidential third-party data into Tutor365 unless the user has a lawful basis and the service is appropriate for that information.

7. Acceptable use

  • Do not use Tutor365 for illegal, harmful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.

10. Payments, balances, and finance information

The user is responsible for verifying amounts, handling actual payments outside Tutor365, issuing receipts where required, and meeting tax or accounting obligations.

11. Third-party providers

12. Intellectual property
